This is a great find from a local New Hampshire estate. This is a vintage bronze medal commemorating 700 years of the oldest Synagogue in the Czech Republic. Nice piece of Judaica.
It reads:

ZIDOVSKA NABOZENSKA OBEC V PRAZE
Great condition in its original lined box. 2 1/4 inches in diameter.
