    This lot is for a nice old Spanish Colonial / Pirate Era 1600's Coin known as a " Castle & Lion " type as it shows a Castle on 1 side & a Lion on the other. (LOT #19 / inv. code #xs).  NICE bold " 8 " struck on Lion side!  Coin is the size of a US Quarter!.  Looks like one of the coins you may have seen on The Oak Island Money Pit Treasure Hunt TV show.  These types of coins were made in the 1600's.  Coin has a good strike with some decent details ESPECIALLY for how old this coin is!  It has MORE details than most coins that are OVER 300 hundred years old!  We don't know a lot about super old coins like these so our lack of knowledge could be your gain!   Coin has normal wear for age & condition.  We think this is a very nice looking coin with better than average details for being this old but since this is a
