    1718/1748 Half Penny George II Rare Lightweight Non Regal Colonial Coin .A thin non regal never seen one exactly like this neat coin .From what I've Heard from an expert this coin was meant to be dated 1748 but perhaps a 4 wasn't not available when coin was being struck. Or it was just a rather crude 4 that looks like a 1.  I took close up pictures with much light so coin looks nicer in hand then pictures.    My scale is for postage so not too precise . The coin weighs 4 grams close to 5 when I've taken several weights on my scale. Got a message & plate picture that this is from the OGLE Eye Family & mules is what the plate reads Neat looking coin not seen often.
