    Description

    Glossy chocolate brown, steel on the high points. There are notable planchet flaws at the top of the portrait, behind the neck, on the shoulder, and a couple from the shield branching up through the legs and arm into the field. Later die state, evident by the heavy flow lines and die breaks on the obverse. Struck on an uneven planchet, with a small bit of rim sticking out above C in CONNEC. Complete date and legends.
