1982 Blue Formal Portrait Prom Evening Gown Dress Long Straps with Cloak Size 6

Purchased and worn in 1982 from Thalhimers Department Store in Richmond, Virginia. Had my Sweet 16 Portraits done in this gown (shown in photos), and it also doubled as my Homecoming Dress that year.
Dress is in great condition. It had aged well, unlike me! 😂 Definitely Vintage! 😁
Gorgeous light blus shimmer. It has a removable cloak, and can be worn strapless.
