1994 Shendl Diamond Signed Papercuts "Bruchim Habaim - Welcome, Guest" Framed

This is a Near New Condition RARE (I can't find any of her work for sale anywhere except at her website at time of first listing, and this one is the ONLY one in the world that is professionally mounted, signed, dated and framed) 1994 Shendl Diamond Hebrew, Jewish Signed Papercuts "Bruchim Habaim - Welcome all who enter this house" Mounted, Matted, Framed.  There is a general papercuts care sheet on the back partially insect eaten.  It was hung in the same spot for decades.in a house, so whatever insects ate the paper are long gone and NOT in the artwork itself, which is well sealed.

International shipping ok. The ebay and USPS delivery estimates are wildly optimistic. My experience is that international shipping will take 10 - 21+ days until delivery. Only Express Mail has a chance to meet the delivery estimate.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPERS NOTE: I cannot determine or pay any duties or know about quarantine your country may impose on any of my items.  Please check with your local post office BEFORE buying or bidding so you don't get any unwelcome surprises.  International First Class is the least expensive, but also is the least dependable.  Please select your shipping option when buying.

INSURANCE NOTE:  I try to insure every shipment of .00 or more by ebay's insurance.  Unfortunately, 2012 postal regulations forbid insurance on certain types of postal shipping services  to various countries.  Also, unfortunately, I now usually only find out whether an item can be insured when I go to make out the shipping label.  If insurance is incredibly important to you, email me before bidding and I will try to see if the least expensive shipping service can be insured.  An example of the international differences is that at this time, Canada apparently forbids insurance on all postal service levels except Express Mail Parcels.  In contrast, I have been able to insure First Class Parcels to both Argentina and Switzerland.  I do not personally insure anything.  UNINSURED SHIPMENTS ARE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
