We ship to International Worldwide destinations daily: Worldwide orders from outside the United Kingdom must be paid for with an instant payment method such as PayPal. Checks and other postal payments, including International Postal Money Orders, are NOT accepted. As we are not VAT registered we can not refund any VAT to customers outside the European Union.

Order before 1500 GMT (3 pm) and your order usually ships the same day. Smaller items are suitably protected inside a plastic sleeve and placed inside a strong cardboard backed envelope. Larger items (Over A4 Size), Photos, Prints and Reproduction Maps will be sent in a very strong Postal Tube. Damaged on arrival is almost unheard of! We are able to provide 'Get it Fast' (Special Delivery, Next Day), so please choose the appropriate service at the checkout.
Overseas Destinations (Non UK Customers):
All orders will be sent (suitably protected as above) by Royal Mail (Please choose the service level you want at the checkout), usually the same day, but please remember the time difference between yourself and GMT in the UK.
Please choose the correct level of service required at the checkout. We ship daily to the United States and Canada (about 5 - 6 days), and Europe (about 3 - 4 days), Rest of World (about 5 - 7 days.) Please allow longer at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Airsure and International Signed for mail is electronically tracked until it leaves the UK, and is dispatched on the first available flight and receives a registered (signed for) delivery at the destination address.
We aim to send all orders within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excepted).
We do not recommend rolling 10 or 11 by 8 inch prints to send along with Larger items in a postal tube. We can not combine multiple items of A4 and A3 (and A3+) sizes, they will be sorted to size and combined into 2 invoices.
Please be aware most items have 'Economy International Postage' options to overseas destinations, this is the cheapest available postage to your Country and may go by 'Surface Mail'. If you choose this delivery method, please note that this can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to arrive if you live in the Southern Hemisphere, even longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you want to receive your order quickly please select the Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) Airmail option instead.
