1929 American Flyer A-F Line Air Service Model 555, Pressed Steel Wind Up Airplane. The model 555 was Modeled after the Spirit Of St Louis by American Flyer in the late 1920’s. Displays beautifully. The motor needs to be fully freed, and a couple parts are need for this plane to fully function. Very rare to find in such outstanding condition, otherwise. The body is very sturdy, and decals are all present. Instructions under the wing have mostly survived its journeys. Size is approx 18” L x 18.25” w x 7.25”T. Weighs just over 2 lbs.
