    Intermediate Girl Scout Pin
    This is a
    Five-Point-Pin issued only from 1955 to 1963
    .
    It was an award for Intermediate or Senior Girl Scouts during that time…. before the Gold Award.
    This is in
    Excellent Condition - it looks brand new.
    There are no chips or scratches in the green enamel which surrounds the Senior Girl Scout SUNBURST logo.  This same Senior Logo can also be found on Senior Membership pins, Senior Uniforms, and Senior Jewelry of that time.  This has a wonderful hallmark:  It is a recessed square with a fancy L in the middle of it.  I believe this stands for Lyon Brothers as they were the makers of other early Girl Scout items.
