Offered Here is an Exceptionally, Rare + Very Interesting Early, "U.S. Colonial-Era" Late-1700's Coin-Silver Sewing "Hem-Guard". The 6" + Silver Hollow-Stick has Inch-Calibrations, on One-Side and Features an Early "King George The Third" Coin, on the Opposite-Side. There are Nice, Early English or U.S. Coin Silver-Smith "Hall-Marks", which I have Displayed with Some Close-Up Photos in the Photo-Gallery. I am Not Entirely Sure if this Item was Made in the United States or England but It was Purchased from an Early American Estate-Selling Venue.CONDITION: "Excellent" Original, Antique, "Estate-Recovered" Condition w/ NO MAJOR FLAWS. NO BREAKS, NO HOLES, NO DISTRACTING SCUFFS, SCRATCHES OR ABRASIONS, There is One Minor, Visible Indentation, Occurring Towards the Top of the Hem-Guard that Is Hard to Notice until Inspected Closely. The Early "English" Coin is in Remarkably Nice Original, Condition w/ Very Little Wear or Indications of "Circulation". There is Some Age-Toning "Tarnishing" which is to be Expected with an Item of This Age.
