    The aircraft Sen. John McCain was piloting on the morning of 29July1967 aboard the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal, on Yankee Station, Gulf of Tonkin, Vietnam. Major malfunctions and a massive conflagration occurred that morning costing the lives of 134 sailors.
    It appears the 2 external fuel tanks and landing gear are missing from this piece, however it's 1/72 scale so parts from a readily available kit should fit.
