his is the
CURVED BAR PIN
.
It was the
HIGHEST AWARD in Girl Scouting beginning in 1940 after the Golden Eaglet was retired
.
These are in Very Good to Good Used Condition - NOT Excellent,
thus the bargain price.
The bar and the background behind the trefoil are both a bronze color which is often discolored as you can see here.
Most
of the wear is on the curved bar itself a
s shown.
The Pat. Number is on the back, but I can’t read the numbers they are so tiny
.   All of these pins have a working catch.
