Every server we sell is cleaned inside and out, built as ordered, fully tested, and firmware updated so you will be ready to deploy out of the box.

    Every used server is blown out, cleaned and all unwanted stickers removed.
    We do a complete load of the OS, update firmware and then remove.
    We fully test all components of the server including NICs, USB ports, CPU, memory and hard drives.
    Custom made locally sourced packaging materials (2.2Mil foam and double wall boxes) to help your order arrive safely.

    Our Warranty
    Each
    server ships individually packaged, and in some circumstances components will ship in a separate box to further reduce the chances of damage while in transit. Equipment occasionally becomes damaged in transit without it being obvious on the packaging. If you receive damaged equipment, do not discard any packaging, and contact us right away.
    We will ask for specific photos to better inform our carrier of the damage and to file a claim. In the meantime, we will get another item tested, updated and shipped out so there’s minimal delay.
    If
    your equipment arrives with any technical issues, please contact us. Many issues can be diagnosed and fixed over the phone.
    You must troubleshoot with our technicians to resolve functionality issues; we cannot send any replacements without first working with you to verify the malfunctioning component(s)

    What IS covered:
    All hardware components in your order.
    If any component is malfunctioning, our technicians will work with you by telephone to diagnose and replace the faulty part right away.
    The replacement part will include a return label for you to send the malfunctioning one back at our cost.
    What is NOT covered:
    Cosmetic imperfections; we can only replace parts that negatively impact performance
    Electrical damage like a power surge from lightning, “dirty power”, etc., fire or smoke damage, moisture or humidity damage
    Operating outside of the manufacturer’s supported specifications
    We only offer limited support towards software or driver related issues that are not related to faulty hardware
    Available warranties
    90 Day - Covers all failed parts for a period of 90 days from invoice date
    1yr - Covers all failed parts for a period of 1 year from invoice date
    2yr - Covers all failed parts for a period of 2 years from invoice date
    3yr - Covers all failed parts for a period of 3 years from invoice date
    *If upgrading your warranty, the extension goes from invoiced date i.e. if purchased a 1yr warranty and are upgrading it to a 3yr, it is only covered for three (3) years from invoiced date.

    Smaller items may ship either FedEx or USPS at our discretion
    Handling and insurance are included
    We ship with a Signature Required. You must let us know *before ordering* if there will not be someone available to sign upon delivery to make alternate arrangements
    We must ship to the address on the sales record that was selected at checkout
    We can ship using your FedEx account number if requested and approved by us before purchasing
    No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
    Purchase Terms
    This document uses the term "We" to specify Orange Computers, and "You" to specify the Purchaser. By making a purchase from us, you are agreeing to these terms.
    Payment
    must be processed in full before orders are processed. Orders may be shipped in either one or multiple boxes, at our discretion. Tracking information will be uploaded to ebay when the order is scheduled for shipping. If an order arrives to you damaged, you must notify us within seven days of receiving the order, and provide specific photographs we request at that time of the damage and the inside of the packaging so that we can make a claim with the shipping company. We will send a replacement within 1 to 3 business days. If we are not informed of the damage within seven days of you receiving the order, or you cannot provide us with the requested photographs, we may not be able to replace the damaged item.
    Our
    warranty covers all components in an order. If you are experiencing an issue with any item in your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience to work with our technicians on resolving the issue. Most issues can be resolved over the phone. We require you to work with us on troubleshooting in order to resolve an issue. We cannot replace an entire server; our warranty is a parts only warranty. We will make sure to fully resolve any issue you are having after completing troubleshooting.
    Covered by our warranty: All hardware components purchased from us.
    NOT COVERED: Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance, software or driver related issues.
    Warranty
    will be VOID if any components are damaged by: external forces including but not limited to impact with another object, falling, electrical damage (e.g. power surge or external power failure), smoke, excessive humidity or water, and any hardware or software modifications causing the system to operate outside its designated parameters listed on the manufacturer"s technical guidebook.
    The
    specific warranty selected at checkout will be the duration of the warranty from the time the order is delivered to your location by the carrier. Warranty upgrades REPLACE the original warranty from the time of delivery, they do NOT extend the original warranty.
    Most
    items are shipped with direct signature required. You must discuss alternate options with us BEFORE placing an order if we need to make special accommodations. We MUST ship only to the shipping address you select in ebay at checkout. Switching shipping addresses will require re-purchase of the order with the correct shipping address. We CANNOT ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ONLY ship within the CONTIGUOUS US. Special accomodations can be made but you must discuss options with us prior to purchase.
