This 1/72 scale model F4F-4 Wildcat carrier-based fighter is new in box. It is item # 50206.  It depicts "Black 9-F-1" from Fighting Squadron VF-9 piloted by
Lt. Cdr. John Raby
, recipient of the Navy Cross,
while serving on board the USS Ranger and engaging Vichy France during Operation Torch in 1942.  It is light blue with a white star inside a blue field and yellow surround.  Please see the photos as they are part of the description.  All accessories and the display stand and instruction are present.
