This is a special formal dress!  Sleeveless White with a flouncy bouncy Hi-Low tulle skirt.  Skirt flares out from the black accent waistband.  Makes for an adorable little girl at any special occasion!

Size: 10 ****However my thinish/tallish 7 year old wore it and my average shaped 10 year old could not. (7 y.o. in photos)  Note measurements:

This would be a great Flower Girl dress.  What did we use it for?  Zombie Bride costume at Halloween!
