Girl's Formal White Dress W/Tulle Skirt Size 12-14 (?)

SHIPS FROM USA! Beautiful big girl's sleeveless formal dress has satin bodice with appliques, sequins and pearly beads. Button back. Ties in back. The skirt has double layers of tulle, a satiny skirt under that, and another underskirt with a sewn-on crinoline near the hem. 2 extra flowers with ribbons attached to put in her hair, or another use. Both ties have tears, one is small at the end, and the other is pretty large, see photos. Probably needs replacing, and you can add your matching colors! There are a few little flaws here and there, such as 2 tiny light spots at the neckline. There are 2 tiny spots on the inside of the underskirt. There may be other tiny flaws I may have missed. Please see all photos for condition. No tags, may be hand-made, but please see measurements below to ensure a good fit. I'm guessing the size to be somewhere in the girl's 12-14 range.
