State of Israel Goverment.  I believe from the mid-1990's.
Later, the business was privitized.
The offical government issues are highly coveted and very collectible.
Scarce as they haven't made them in decades.
I worked foir an officially appointed Israel Government Coins and Medals distributor in the 1990's.
Would be improved by a professional bench jeweler's cleaning and polishing = it will look like new
after than.  The cost is maybe . It takes them a minute or two.
I have some new Israel Govt Coins and Medals Corp jewelry that is new. I need to find it.
I gave away some to family.
