The government informed us in a repeated letter that it is ready to participate in the costs of developing and arranging the water network for use in our settlement

The water in our colony is now salty and we are very interested in using this opportunity to communicate with a water company in order to give it a concession and get sweeter water. Of course, we will then be able to use the water for agricultural purposes as well, which is impossible today for the reason we mentioned above
