Yosef Cohen-Tzedek, the “Chief Shochet” of London, not only discrediting Rodkinson’s scholarship as not only fraudulent, but also asserting that his personal character was hypocritical, as he appears as a Chossid but easily switching to a heretic at other times. Apparently Rodkinson had written an article against an earlier work of R. Yosef Cohen-Tzedek “Mussar Haskel” to which he responded with this sefer.
