Light Blue Halter Prom Dress

Only worn once for my prom. Halter top was altered to fit my chest but alterations could easily be taken out and redone. Dress was not hemmed but is long. I am 5'5" and worn about 4" heels (the dress just touched the ground at that). Beautiful color! A few marks from touching the ground/ wearing outside that can easily be taken out. Color is most accurate in the first three pictures, the lighting was weird when I took the others.
