There units were able to power on and displayed a module error light on front of unit.
Both units display hard drive faults for all hard drives due to NO hard drives being installed.
No further testing was performed.
NO hard drives included.
NO bezel included.
31x caddies included in each unit for a total of 62 caddies.
Some of the caddies have a bad latch.
2x Control Module 7 included in each unit for a total of 4; however at least 1 of these controllers was giving an error during testing.

Cancel Policy:

Unwanted Returns:
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and in original unopened retail packaging.
Refused Delivery:
Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
Defective Items:
A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid Fedex Ground Shipping Label. We test all items claimed defective upon return and if found to be in working condition, a 20% restock fee will apply & the cost of the shipping label.
