24S201 up for sale is a new nylon strap webbing with stainless handle , this has a total length of about 15 inches , the strap width is 3 inches wide m it has two brass grometts at the end and near the handle it has a hook and loop patch that appears to be the loop side for attachment to grab onto something  the grab handle appear to be stainless steel and is 5 1/2 wide x 3 deep and fits a hand shape well ,this was made for a military application on the M109 vehicle , this is covered under part number 12940980 and also military NSN 5340-01-458-5395 , nice handle and strap for many uses , see photos for a view of the public owned specifications related to this strap handle assembly , also see our ebay store we add new items weekly to our warehouse  shelfs , thank you rwk
