    Description

    This adapter allows you to mount your tourniquet in a horizontal position onto any MOLLE/PALS surface.  Made of Hypalon, the horizontal adapter weaves through the PALS Webbing eliminating the need for any of the traditional molle attachment methods, which saves on weight and cost.  The holder
    is secured with a supplied piece of shock cord and Cordloc.  The k
