Part of the pack from Opsrey MK4 & MK4A armour packs. Multi Terrain Pattern MTP camouflage straps, fitted with a press stud to close to a 2cm diameter loop.
Intended to stabilise the issue Camelbak cover / carrier when fitted to the back of body armour, otherwise these have numerous other uses.
