Here is an important piece of the Brownie Girl Scout uniform from 1968.  These were very popular for many years, and came in vinyl and leather and in slightly different sizes. 1968 was the first year that BOTH plastic and leather were available for Brownies.  This one is approximately 3.5" x 3" not counting the belt tab.
The tab was often the first place that tore, but this one is perfect, indicating little or NO USE.  Check my store for more belt purses for Brownies and Girl Scouts from the 1940s to the 1970s.
