Vintage, store sample dress from a California boutique with all the bells and whistles: satin bodice with lovely embroidered applique, drop shoulder wrap over cap sleeves, sheer tiers with satin trim. It is exquisite! This has been stored with other favorites of the original store owner, since closing her store many years ago.
No size is stated - the tag is a sample tag with recommended pricing and sizes available

According to the random chart I found online(see pics), and the following measurements, the dress is a size 2:

30" around the shoulder wrap
Never-worn, lovely condition, and such an old dress! I found a very small snag on bodice that is shown in the photos,
