New w/ tags Davids Bridal Lace Flower Girl Dress size 14.  Price on tag is literally the price I paid at David's bridal. Such a pretty dress and a size 14 is not too common in the stores (as I had to special order this from the store to have it shipped there).  I have the dress on a child sized dress form and it does fit a true to size 12/14 in kids.
