My daughter wore this once to a wedding so it's in excellent condition.  Main image is from designer, all the rest are of actual dress. Originally purchased at Nordstrom.  Here is their description:
Crinkled fabric with a luminous finish comprises a lovely sleeveless dress embellished with tiered pleats at the bodice and finished with a flouncy skirt lined with tulle under the hem for extra fullness.
Back button closure; ties in back.
Fully lined.
