    Description

    Vibrantly colored tzedakah donation box with Kolel America, The American Charity of Rabbi Baal Haness, inscription.  This rare, early donation tin has text in both English and Yiddish.  Considered the foremost pushka, this charity box was used to raise funds to aid needy brethren in Israel. Beautifully illustrated with images of The Kotel, the tzedakah box measures approximately 4 5/8" H x 3 5/8" L x 2" W.  It has a coin slot on top, and a round lid at its bottom.
    Rare collectible tzedakah box, circa 2000, is in excellent vintage condition, as shown in photos.  Beautiful item to display; special addition to an enthusiast's collection; unique gift idea.
