Two pages signed by Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook, chief rabbi of eretz yisrael, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Charlap and another member of the yeshiva’s administration. With two different stamps of the rabbi contain details concerning the yeshiva, especially “the hell of Russia” who need not only visas but also money for ship tickets.
