How To Get The Controller Connected With The Splitter Correctly
As the picture shows, there is an arrow on the controller and the splitter. Please pay more attention to connecting two items refering to the circled part.
Otherwise, the rgbww puck lights won't work well after installation. It is one reason why someone couldn't get the lights worked with a new puck lights kit.
