Rustic Framed Art CAT 16"X13" pen drawing

Description

The frame is actually 16 1/2" tall by 13 1/2" wide . Rustic wood frame with two violet colored mate. Art is signed F.C. but I cannot make out the words or name in other corner. This is a unique pen dot drawing and in my opinion a very well done one. I was an art major back in college and the dot shading in this image is excellent. There are a few specks underneath the glass in the top left corner, please look at all photos. I wish I knew who the artist is. Any questions or more photos feel free to message. Thank you.
