This is the Tune Japan TWB53-FM Electric Bass Guitar.
34" scale. 1.87" nut. 9 lbs 3 oz.
.82"-.88" 1st to 12th fret neck depth.
The serial here goes back to the 1990s- when Tune basses were made in Japan.
This Tune starts off with a medium weight mahogany solid body- this results in a big bottom end and focused mids.
The figured maple top adds in some nice high end mids for note articulation.
Dual Tune pickups grab that tone and add in their own character.
These pickups run into a 3-band 18v active eq, which you can fine tune inside, which gives you full control over your sound.
A versatile bass.
The satin maple neck has a great thin fast feel and the deep cutaways allow full access to all 24 frets.
A fantastic playing experience.
The look here is classic and beautiful- Flame maple top and matching headstock framed by black purfling, medium dot inlays, and gold hardware.
This Tune bass is in very good overall condition as you can see in pictures- a few small marks from age and normal use.
The frets here are clean, set up with action of just above 3/32" at the 12th fret low B.
Inlcudes an aftermarket padded gig bag.
