Vintage Hand Made Communion Or Confirmation Dress

Preowned Vintage Communion Confirmation Dress.
This is about a size 9-10.
My mother made this for my sister in the early 60’s for her communion.
It’s silk organza with lace trim, and buttons over snaps.
There are a few yellow age spots on the fabric, please see photos.
There is a little gap in back by the bottom snap where it could use another hook to close flat.
No elastic. Armbands are lace trimmed. No stretch at all.
Measurements are;
14” armpit to armpit
12” across waist
11.5” shoulder to waist
Approx. 30” long
Arm band 4” measured flat
This dress does not have a slip with it.
