Vintage INARCO (E-1611) “Costume Series” Headvase / Head Vase

Description

Beautiful vintage INARCO (circa, 1964) costumed lady head vase from the international series of nine (9) headvases. Unfortunately, she has a broken finger, but it HAS BEEN retained and can be reattached with a trip to the headvase spa 👍…..her earrings are of the pearl drop variety rather than dangling. Additionally, she’s missing her “bindi” on her forehead (usually placed between the eyebrows, the bindi carries a spiritual and religious meaning in addition to its cultural significance. Of the various Indian decorations of the body, the bindi is considered to have the strongest religious implication).
She is approximately 5 1/2” in height with no signs of sustained past usage in her interior. There are no chips, additional breaks or hairlines on this classic LHV. She’s clearly marked on the underside base with an ink stamp and foil label.
Shipping is a flat .95 for the continental US only. Upon PayPal payment, I ship very promptly and securely using USPS priority mail service along with appropriate insurance. I pack well using a combination of tissue paper, bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts.
