This is an incredibly rare opportunity to snap up a RARE candy collectible.  This is a completely full and New Old Stock package of PEP-O-MINT flavored LIFE SAVERS hard candies in traditional paper/foil wrapper with pull-string.  I do not have an exact date on this candy, but it is likely 1960s-1970s era.
