    Vintage Strauss Silver Eagle Aluminium Wind Up Toy Airplane Antique, NY, USA.  Not sure the age as there are none on Ebay, except a newspaper ad from 1928 for them.  So maybe almost 100 years old.  In not the best shape anymore, no rear tail fins, propeller, or wheels, but wind up mechanics appear intact.
