This vintage U.S. Army Belt Buckle is a rare find for anyone interested in militaria collectibles. The buckle features the engraved signature of SMA William Connelly from 1979, when he served as the 6th SMA from 1979-83. The country/region of manufacture is unknown and gives it an air of mystery to its history. This buckle was pulled from the Estate of William A. Connelly, he was the 6th Sergeant Major of the Army from 1979 to 1983.  Please note that the engraver made a mistake on his middle initial.
