A wonderful vintage-Fifties bag made for the Jewish Autumn Festival of Sukkot to be used as an etrog-carrier -- the etrog being a citron [or lemon] that carries symbolic significance for the Sukkot festival.  Made of embroidered-velveteen lined w satin -- w snap-shut closure, top-handle & Hebrew letters in gold -- embroidered in front. W lemon & herbs (lulav and etrog (or esrog) embroidered on top. The lined interior has no pockets.  A great conversation piece in good vintage condition -- not new - but no major wear. Also a wonderfully unique handbag -- perfect for a little black dress as that ONE accessory to carry a phone and make up instead of an etrog. H 3.5" W 6.75" Circumference around bag 19.5" Handle-drop 2"
