VTG Oil on Canvas Portrait of a Rabbi

Beautiful oil painting on canvas portrait of Rabbi with a full beard and Tallit/Tallis. It is truly vintage a wonderful work of art. The frame measures approx: 24 1/2"H x 20 1/2"W x 2"D, the painting measures approx: 21 1/4"H x 17 1/4"W. At the rear, the picture is closed with a white cloth. Maybe you can find her author and date ..? {I did not open it}. Age crack on the face of the picture. Restoration of frame and top brown paint ceiling dust - can talk about the minimum age of 50 years. Very interesting work and technique. In good vintage condition (see photo)
