Vtg US Military Tactical Belt w/ Canteen + Ammo Clip & Medic Pouches ARMY Green

Unsure on all age but canteen is dated 1976, but possibly late Viet Nam or Korea.
The buckle is metal
Features 1 ammo/clip pouch and insulated canteen pouch with original canteen + Medic/First Aid pouch.
Canteen pouch has Metal Soup cup in bottom (see pictures)
Has not been cleaned, still fully functional.
