I've used it for about 3 months after purchasing a new one, but it's complete with all the accessories.
There is no problem with playing, but there are marks on the back of the neck (1st fret on the 4th string side) that you can touch with your fingers. In order to get as close as possible to Billy's prototype, we have ordered the following parts of nickel screws from YAMAHA and replaced them.
* The original black screw is also included.
1) Truss rod cover
2) Woofer pickup
3) Middle pickup
The protective vinyl of the pickguard has not been peeled off.
One GOTOH peg (with screw and bushing) used for the 1st to 3rd strings is attached.
There are some marks on the pickguard.
